Last week the Oakland Raiders burst onto the scene on Monday Night Football with their physical, hardnosed defense and potent rushing attack to dominate the arch division rival Denver Broncos. Even though the Raiders only won by three points last week in the Mile High City (23-20), the team showed that they will be able to compete with the best of the best this season once again with running back Darren McFadden leading the way.
In Week 2, the Oakland Raiders will be on the road for the second straight week to start the NFL regular season by heading across the country to face the Buffalo Bills. Despite being one of the worst teams in the NFL over the past decade, the Bills looked very good last week against the Kansas City Chiefs as they dominated the AFC West division champions, 41-7.
The Kansas City Chiefs are by no means the same team they were last season as their defense took a huge blow with the loss of safety Eric Berry, but the Buffalo Bills looked like a much improved team that might be the breakout team of the season this time around.
With that being said, this matchup between the Raiders and Bills could be one of the most competitive for Week 2.
As of right now, the Buffalo Bills are actually favored to come out on top in Week 2 with a -4 point spread sports betting-wise. Even though the Bills were impressive in Week 1, I believe they will lose in Week 2 to a better Raiders squad.

With the Baltimore Ravens showing that they have made the next step by dominating the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers on both sides of the football, the consensus is that this team is a legitimate Super Bowl title contender and might not be on the losing end of many games this season.
With that being said, Week 2’s matchup against the Tennessee Titans will be nothing more than a tune-up game for the Baltimore Ravens as they should just cruise to victory with little resistance. The Titans will probably try to establish their running game with the recently re-signed running back Chris Johnson leading the way, but they won’t stand much of chance against Ray Lewis and Ed Reed in the secondary.
As of right now, the Baltimore Ravens are favored to win this Week 2 matchup with a -7 point spread. This should be a fairly easy point spread for the Ravens to cover as I really can’t see the Titans being any kind of challenge for Ray Rice and company.
